Extremely polite and attentive staff. Impeccably clean rooms and bathrooms. Modern building with private bike garage. Free bike available. Convenient location near rail station. Willingness to drive guests to nearby destinations. Laundry service. Safe location even at night.

During my Christmas experience, I enjoyed the free bike rental and the convenient stores located nearby, making it easy to grab snacks and necessities. the location was within walking distance of the train station and bus stops, making transportation a breeze. Another positive aspect was the friendly and accommodating staff who made an effort to help me with any requests.
the lack of English speaking staff proved to be a challenge in terms of communication.

This budget accommodation is a great base for exploring the nearby Taroko Gorge, with easy access to the train station and bus. the rooms are clean and quiet, with plenty of hot water for showers. the owners are accommodating and friendly, providing free bike rentals, laundry availability, and even offering to drive guests to nearby locations. the room decor is neatly done, and the elevator is available for those in need.
While the location is convenient for transportation, it may be a fair distance from the busier parts of the city.

From its location to the service provided by the staff, this hotel has a lot of amazing things to offer. We enjoyed the cleanliness and the facilities provided throughout our stay. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and gave us some great information about the city. Parking and transportation were also very convenient for us. Lastly, the breakfast served was simply delicious.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the cozy and neat room with a clean bathroom. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close to convenience stores and restaurants. I also appreciated the kind and friendly owners who were always willing to assist guests with their needs.
The lack of English communication posed a challenge during my stay. Although I was able to communicate with the owners using Google Translate, it would have been better if they were proficient in the language.
